12 Weeks of Fall & Halloween

Hi! Welcome to my 12 Weeks of Fall & Halloween series! Today I have the Week 11 project to share with you – my Fall Dancing Gnome Card.

This card technique was recently taught at a Stampin’ Up! event and I have seen several demonstrators make cards using this. The video I watched to learn this technique was from Susan Campfield. Thank you to Susan for the fun new technique! I hope you enjoy it!
