Today I have a quick and easy birthday card that has a money/gift card holder on the inside. I found the idea for this card from the lovely and talented Lyssa Zwolanek at Song of My Heart Stampers. She made this card using the Snowman Season Bundle, you can see her original post HERE.
My nephew’s birthday is coming up so I needed a fun birthday card for him. He’s in third grade and he’s getting to the age where a gift card or money would be really exciting to receive in the mail. I know he’ll enjoy going to the store to spend his birthday money.
For this card I took Lyssa’s basic recipe and just re-designed it to work for a boy’s birthday card. The Birthday Bonanza Suite is really great for kids birthday cards and I’m really happy with how these turned out.

There are so many great variations with the Birthday Bonanza Suite. The paper has a lot of really fun birthday patterns and since you can choose between a lion, a koala or a toucan, there are so many variations of this card that you can make. I hope you’ll try it soon!
