Today I have a great project for craft fairs or to give as a gift any time of year – my covered notebook that has a pocket and a mini tear off calendar.

Measurements
- Cardstock Base: 6-1/4″” x 9″ – score at 4-1/4″ and 4-3/4″
- Belly Band for Notebook: 1-1/4″ x 5-1/8″ – score at 1/2″ on each end
- Designer Series Paper: 4” x 6″ – need 2 pieces
- Pocket: 3-1/4″ x 5-1/16″ – score at 1/2″ on 3 sides
- Mat for Calendar: 2-1/2″ x 3-1/4″
- Cardstock Closure: 3-/4″ x 2-1/2″ – score at 1″ and 1-1/2″

Pricing
Pricing may be different for your area. I am sharing my pricing structure so you can see how I get my pricing for my craft shows. You know your area best, go with your heart and price your items how you feel comfortable.
When pricing out my items, I DO NOT include any discounts, I start at the wholesale prices of items. If I happen to have a coupon or get a discount on an item, that’s a bonus for me!
Supply Costs
- Notebook – $1.25
- Tear Off Calendar – $.50
- Stampin’ Up! Designer Series Paper – $.58
- Stampin’ Up! Cardstock – $.52
- Magnets – $.14
- Cello Bag – $.06
How I Price Items for the Craft Shows
- Total cost to make = $3.05
- *Now I multiply by 2 for craft show pricing = $6.10
- Next I round up to nearest dollar for the final price = $7
*I normally multiply by 3 for pricing but that would make them almost $10 and I don’t see anyone paying $10 for these.
