2024 Christmas Party

Last Friday I hosted my 5th Annual Christmas Party! This is a free event that I host every year for my customers and team members to thank them for their support throughout the year. It’s always a ton of fun!

This year we had a potluck lunch then we played 4 games. I am sharing the game details below in case you would like to use them for your Christmas party.

Games

1. Christmas Music Bingo

I got this game from Play Party Plan. She has a free printable on her website.

2. My Favorite Crafty Things

Here’s how to play:

  • Have guests bring 1 item, unwrapped, that is $10-$20 in value.
  • Guests will attach a label that has a description of the item with their name on it in case the person who picks the gifts needs to ask that person about it later.
  • Guests do not need to sign up to participate, simply bring their item.
  • As guests arrive have them place the unwrapped items on a table and then write their name on a piece of paper and put it in a gift bag.
  • Draw one name at a time out of the gift bag and let the guest go up and select their item before drawing another name.
  • The first person will look at the selection of gifts and pick a new crafty item that they didn’t bring to take home with them.
  • Keep drawing names and have each person go up and pick an item until everyone has picked one item.
  • Now everyone has a new crafty item to take home and play with!

You could give them the option to steal if you would like to. We didn’t do that this time around.

I let everyone pick any crafty item of their choosing, it didn’t have to be a Stampin’ Up! product specifically, but something you would use while crafting.

3. Christmas Tree Punch Board

You will need:

  • 22″ x 28″ poster board (I found mine at Hobby Lobby)
  • plastic cups
  • hot glue gun
  • tissue paper
  • rubber bands
  • prizes to fit in cups
  1. Lay out your cups in a tree shape on the board, make sure to have some space between the cups.
  2. Hot glue the cups to the cardboard.
  3. Fill the cups with various gifts. I filled mine with some retired Stampin’ Up! ribbons and gems, candy, hand sanitizer and lip balm.
  4. In one of the cups add a gold bow.
  5. Cut the tissue paper in to 4 equal squares.
  6. Lay the tissue paper over the top of the cups and wrap the rubber bands around the tissue paper and cups to hide the prizes.
  7. Call guests up and let them pick a cup to punch through and get their prizes.
  8. The person that finds the gold bow gets a special prize.

4. Stampin’ Up! Trivia

  1. Give everyone a piece of paper that has an “A” on it and another one that has a “B” on it.
  2. Have everyone stand up.
  3. Read off the questions one at a time, and the “A” and “B” answer options.
  4. Each person will hold up their answer, either “A” or “B”.
  5. Once everyone has their answer tell them the correct answer. Anyone who has the incorrect answer sits down.
  6. The last person standing gets a prize.

Thank you so much everyone for an amazing year, I am so grateful for you! Merry Christmas!
