Today I have a quick tip to share, how to clean your Blending Brushes.
Blending Brushes are one of my favorite tools to use for cardmaking. They make beautiful backgrounds and make my cards feel so polished and professional.
Here are my tips for cleaning your Blending Brushes:
1. Rinse Under COLD Water Until Water Runs Clear
Cold water is best, warm water could loosen the glue on the bristles and ruin your brushes.
2. Let Dry for 24 Hours
Set the brushes aside on a dry towel to air dry. This can take up to 24 hours.
3. Run Fingers Over Bristles To Soften
When your brushes have completely dried the bristles will be very stiff. To soften them up simply run your thumb over the bristles to loosen them a bit.
4. Store Blending Brushes in Stampin’ Up!’s Blending Brushes Storage Until Ready To Use
