Today I have 5 ways to use your Designer Series Paper to make some beautiful cards. There are many more ways you can use the beautiful Designer Series Papers that Stampin’ Up! offers but these 5 are some of my favorites.
#1 – Use Scraps to Create a Background
Patterned paper scraps make a great background for a card front. Simply apply adhesive to a piece of Basic White cardstock, lay your paper scraps down at an angle to adhere. Then flip the Basic White piece over and trim the excess off to create a beautiful card background like the one I made above!
#2 – Make A Pocket Card (& A Bonus Card!)
Designer Series Paper is a great way to make a quick and easy pocket card. What’s even better, you can use the scraps to create a bonus card!
#3 – Let It Shine
Stampin’ Up! has some beautiful designer series paper, many of the patterns can easily be used to make a quick card by letting the paper shine and using it as the main focal point on the card.
Simply add a sentiment and a few embellishments for a quick and beautiful card.
#4 – Make a Treat Holder
6″ x 6″ pieces of Designer Series Paper make quick and easy treat holders. I love using paper to make a quick treat to gift to a loved one!
#5 – Emboss It
