Yesterday I held a Stampin’ Bingo event at my local VFW Post. They have a great Bingo hall and let me rent it out for my events.
My mom helped me setup and we arranged the tables in a large square. I thought it would make it feel more like a group activity where everyone could see each other and interact throughout the event.
We played 5 rounds of Bingo with the final round being a coverall game where they had the opportunity to win a grand prize. I had 5 Prize Patrol drawings throughout the event, a raffle drawing and the girls made 3 make & take cards between the first 4 games of Bingo.
The girls had a blast. All 3 of these ladies were first time attendees at my Stampin’ Bingo and they loved it!
I tried to take pictures of some of the winners after the event was over. Many of them scooted out before I got a chance to get their picture, oops. Mary (above) won the first Prize Patrol and she was the first Bingo game winner too!
My mom (left) and Carol both tied for the 4th Bingo game. To break the tie I had them draw Ghirardelli squares from a bag that had numbers on the back of the squares. The highest number won and they got to keep the chocolate, haha. My mom won the tie breaker but gave Carol something from her winnings, so sweet!
Carol ended up winning the cute Bee Bag that was the raffle prize at the end of the event! This adorable Bee Bag is an Onstage Bag that demonstrators can purchase as a demonstrator supply item.
Pat won the final Prize Patrol of the event.
Gail was the big winner of the day. She won a Prize Patrol, the 3rd Bingo Game AND the Grand Prize Bingo game! Woohoo, congrats Gail!
