Hi friends! Today I have a great project to share with you using the new 2021-2023 In Color Shimmer Vellum and the All Dressed Up Dies. This project is a CASE from Stampin’ Up! demonstrator Tami White. She made these In Color Shimmer Vellum Totes and I just thought they were gorgeous.
I had originally planned to make them as favors for my Stampin’ Bingo event but ended up using them as my 3D project in my Stamp Camp classes this month.

Measurements:
Shimmer Vellum – 12″ x 6″ sheet of to cut purse die
- Using the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine cut the following:
- (2) purse dies from Shimmer Vellum
- (4) strap dies from card stock Latch & Pocket from designer series paper
- (4) buckles and (1) button from Copper Foil
