Hi there! Today I have a great storage tip to share with you. To store my cardstock scraps I put my scraps in an 8-1/2″ x 11″ clear plastic sleeve that I bought from Clear Bags. They come in a pack of 100 so you can split a pack with a few friends or use the leftover sleeves to organize projects with to keep all of the pieces together.
Once I have my scraps in my sleeve I use my paper snips to trim away the label from the plastic that Stampin’ Up! packages the paper in. Once I’m done with the scrap packs I just slide them in to the same slot that the whole cardstock is stored at in my Stamp-n-Storage Paper Holders.
For some colors such as Basic White I have too many scraps to fit them in my Stamp-N-Storage 12″ x 12″ Paper Cubes so for these colors I use these plastic snap pockets that I bought from Amazon. Since they snap closed they are great for making sure your scraps stay in one place. I keep them in one of my Ikea Alex drawers that I have designated for paper scraps.
I hope you have enjoyed this organization tip!
