Welcome to Day 3 of the March 2020 Stamp Camp Recap! Today’s project is the third and final project we created at Stamp Camp, this fun and adorable Milk Carton Cottage. I got this idea from a fellow Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator, Angie Juda over at Chic N Scratch. She has a lot of really cute ideas and when I saw this one I thought it would be a fun project for Stamp Camp. You can see Angie’s original post HERE.
I used the Brick & Mortar 3D Embossing Folder and embossed the Vellum to create the shingle roof. Here’s a close up of the shingle roof…
This milk carton cottage holds a large plastic Easter egg that you can fill with so many goodies. Put a little bit of grass in the bottom of the carton, add your filled Easter egg and you have a cute little Easter gift for anyone! Here are some ideas with what to fill your eggs with:
– candy (obviously!)
– Essie nail polish (they fit, I tried it out myself!)
– hair ties
– tiny toys
– temporary tattoos
– stickers
– etc.

Note: Angie staples her box in her video. To me that just felt like it would be too hard for your gift recipient to open so I tried closing it with just the library clips and had no problem. The library clips are so sturdy that they will hold your box closed just fine.
